First of all, welcome to EventConnect, a comprehensive event management platform that handles ticketing, payment, and media delivery. As EventConnect team, we aim to provide stunning solutions for event organizers by combining robust software and beautiful UI. Our platform has been designed with user experience in mind. We understand that navigating a new platform can be overwhelming, so we have created a user-friendly interface to make your experience as smooth as possible.

One of the key features of our platform is its simple and intuitive design. We have carefully crafted each page and element to ensure that it is easy to understand and use. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced user, our platform is designed to cater to all levels of expertise.

Our Products

In this article, we will cover the main products in EventConnect: Ticketing, Payments, and Media Hub.

Ticketing

EventConnect's ticketing feature allows event organizers to easily sell tickets to their events online. With our user-friendly interface, you can create and customize ticket types, add groups, and set prices. Customers can purchase tickets directly from your event page, making it convenient for both you and your attendees.

You can manage sold tickets using the Audience page in our dashboard. You can change ticket types and edit form fields for each ticket. You can use our dashboard to check your attendees in, by clicking the checkbox in their row.

EventConnect also offers a mobile scanner to quickly complete check-in by scanning ticket QR codes. To use the mobile scanner, head over to our dashboard and create a mobile scanner code on the audience page. Then, you can scan this code on your mobile device to launch the mobile scanner.

Payments

Our payment system is integrated with our ticketing feature, making it easy for you to receive payments from ticket sales. We offer multiple payment options, including credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, and more. You can also track your sales and revenue in real time through our dashboard. Secure payment services are provided by Stripe, our payment processing partner.

After you receive a payment, you can immediately see it in your payment dashboard. Payments will be available to withdraw once it's verified by our team. Payout process can take around 7 business days after a payment is received.

Media Hub

EventConnect's Media Hub is a powerful tool for sharing event photos with your audience. You can upload photos in bulk and add tags to filter them. You can get your Media Hub link to share it with your audience. This publicly available link will launch your Media Hub page, which is a gallery-like interface that allows your audience to quickly browse, find, and save photos.

EventConnect Club members can also use AI-enabled Media Hub. Media Hub AI will scan your photos and find people in them. Then, your audience can scan their faces in your Media Hub page to view photos that they appear in.
